One of the cast
members who signed the petition for Season 4, Shiri spoke candidly with
Crashdown.com staff who were present during the filming of the show’s
finale, Graduation.
“If people still want the
show to be on, I’m more than happy to be providing something for them. I’ve
really enjoyed my experience on the show. As long as the story is around and
wants to be told, I’ll be here to tell it!”
Shiri attended a Scifi
Convention in the UK soon after the finale aired. She told the audience that
she enjoyed working with Jason Behr and the rest of the cast and that she had
established some strong continuing relationships with some of her co-workers.
Her friendships with Majandra Delfino and Colin Hanks are well documented.
During a live chat that
took place with SciFi.com on January 7, 2003, a fan asked Shiri about the rumor
of a Roswell movie and whether or not she would consider being a part of it.
Shiri stated that she had not heard the rumors, but added, “If everybody else
signed on I would certainly do it!”
Shiri
attended the Zeke Learner Bowl-a-Thon for FSMA in February 2003.
She bowled on a team comprised of fans and appeared to have
a lot of fun. It appears that Shiri maintains a very positive
attitude toward continuing the Roswell saga and would enjoy
portraying Liz Parker once again.
Fall 2004, Shiri is asked if she would be in a Roswell Movie. Her answer:
In terms of this movie, if they could come up with a compelling story and somehow manage to wrangle the original cast, I would be apart of it.
